Does the adapter have to fit a specific direction or is it irrelevant?
The adapter has to fit a specific direction, only one direction to tight up which is a one-way valve. Easy to use even without a marked In/Out.

Why the piezo igniter didn't work after uses？
First, the pulse igniter does not have a battery. Second, the inductive electrode distance is improper or contaminated. Third, high pressure causes or gas orifice pipe blockage. We will provide you with a satisfactory consequence.

Why use gas canister vertically （in a right way) ?
The camp stoves use the gas to burn but not liquid. If you placed the canister horizontally, the liquefied gas will not have space to turn into gas which resulting in incomplete combustion, such as it spits orange flames.
